Members of the Melaleuca Health Care Savings Program may call Member Services at 1 (866) 231-1797.

Note: If you are not currently a member of the Health Care Savings Program, you may search for providers online. However, Member Services is only able to offer assistance to those currently enrolled in the program.

Some providers may not be familiar with the name "Melaleuca HealthCare Savings Program,” but they will be very familiar with the network logos on the back of the card.

To be sure that you receive the discounts to which you are entitled, it is important for you to present the HealthCare Savings Card each time you access services.

As a member of the Melaleuca HealthCare Savings Program, Member Services is there to help you with all your program needs!

Call them when:

• You have questions about the program or your benefits.
• You need to make an appointment with one of our participating providers.
• You need an additional card for a family member, or need to replace a lost or stolen card.
