Frank L. VanderSloot is the Executive Chairman of Melaleuca Inc. Headquartered in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Since the company began in September 1985, VanderSloot has directed its growth into an international company that generates more than $2 billion in annual revenue.

Under VanderSloot’s leadership, Melaleuca has been ranked on Inc. magazine’s list of the nation’s 500 fastest-growing, privately-held firms. Melaleuca is a member of the Inc. 500 Hall of Fame and is the only firm to remain on Inc.’s list for five consecutive years while also earning the publication’s “A profitability” rating each year.
VanderSloot earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Prior to founding Melaleuca, Frank was an executive at Automatic Data Processing and Cox Communication.In addition to his responsibilities at Melaleuca, VanderSloot owns several large cattle ranches, and one of the nation’s largest and most elite registered Angus herds.
